By accessing or using InScope, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

InScope is a web-based scoping tool for consulting firms. It helps you create project scopes, manage scope libraries, and sync content to Google Sheets. The platform is provided as-is.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use InScope. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. One organization is created per sign-up.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.

InScope accesses Google Drive and Google Sheets on your behalf with your explicit consent. This access is used to copy template spreadsheets and sync scope content. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

InScope offers AI-generated content as suggestions to assist with scope creation. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all scope content before use. InScope does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

You retain full ownership of all scope content, library items, and other materials you create using InScope. We own the InScope platform, brand, and all associated intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either party's intellectual property to the other.

InScope is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InScope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can stop using InScope at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

On termination, any scope content you have synced to Google Sheets remains in your Google Drive, which you own. InScope data stored within our platform will be deleted upon request.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of InScope after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
